Our place of business is located in Boucherville, a nerve center between the greater metropolitan region and the South Shore. This gives us an overview of the market which allows us to provide exceptional service to serve you the way we like to be served!
Please note: Sylvain is based in Granby, in Estrie - where he is native - he also supports people who want to sell or acquire a property in the region.

Since January 2015, for each of our transactions, a donation has been donated to Dans la rue by our brokers, franchisees and by groupe sutton - québec. To date, over $ 400,000 has been donated, and the funds allow homeless youth aged 12 to 21 to obtain emergency shelter at the Bunker.
